Because the most common place to become hangry is when you are out and about, nowhere close to a good snack or a healthy meal! So let’s just get prepared and never deal with hanger again!
How To Choose Healthy & Balanced “On The Go” Snacks
The best way to pack the prefect little purse pouch full of snacks is much the same way as you would when preparing a balanced meal. Make sure to have a good mix of protein, carb, and healthy fat snack options in your pouch so you are ready and prepared when you get hungry! I prefer to buy mini size options for my purse pouch then mix and match on the road. For example, I may have a mini pack of cashews with a mini box of raisins, or a small beef stick with a fig bar. You just never know what you might be hungry for. Options are good and will make a hangry Mamma happy in no time!
