Take this full body workout to the gym or grab a set of medium to heavy dumbbells and get it done right at home!

This workout will challenge your core and balance while raising your heart rate for an all-in-one cardio, resistance, and stability workout!

Full body core & balance dumbbell workout!

  1. Front lunge + torso rotation
  2. Squat + alternating knee ups + bicep curl
  3. Reverse lunge + tricep kickback
  4. Single leg balance + shoulder press (30 sec per leg)

Perform each move for 1 min and repeat the entire circuit 3 – 4 times.
